Do you offering the boat ticket?

We are here coming to make our costumer feel comfortable and we are also prepare for everything you need is like boat ticket to bali, nusa penida and nusa lembongan.

Do you have an machine credit card to pay??

Senaru is the location in the bottom of rinjani mountain and for the dealing of credit card its a bit difficult to do ! But, do not worry on the way you coming from other place to senaru there is many ATM machine to take the money.

Do we need an extra guide to carry our luggage to the mountain??

If you are bring bring the stuff more than 10 kg, we suggest you to do an extra guide because if you do extra guide you will be feel comfortable as long as you do the trek .

Where do i put my luggage since i do the hike??

Here we have an a luggage strore at our office and its was very safety for your stuff

How To Get rinjani?

From the airport lombok or wherever you are within lombok, our staff will pick you up with the comfortable car and full off air conditioner to bring you to senaru and the cos you dealing is include for this transportation, Than you will start to get briefing for the next trek in rinjani Crown Tour and Trekking office.

How To pay??

To secure you reservation booking please do the deposit 35% from the total price and the rest payment will be completely since you arrived at our office. Since you’ve sent us your request, we will send you a booking confirmation and reservation payment details. We accept Paypal payments, Bank Transfers to our bank account.
